About Our Company
We started Black Canyon Waste for a simple reason, Island Park matters to us. We grew up in Idaho, and Island Park has always been a big part of our lives. We’ve spent years here with our families—spending winters snowmobiling, fishing, camping, horseback rides, and making memories in the same spots a lot of you do.
Spending time up here, we saw the need for a waste service that actually understands mountain living. Bears, wildlife, weather, seasonal cabins—it’s different than town, and it deserves a better solution than one-size-fits-all service from far away.
We didn’t start Black Canyon Waste to be the biggest company. We started it to be a dependable one. A local company run by people who care about the land, respect the wildlife, and treat customers like neighbors, because that’s what matters.
This isn’t just a job for us. It’s our way of taking care of a place that’s given our families so much, and doing our part to keep Island Park clean for the next generation.
